Mercuri has been a great company to work with. We started with Manager training, to focus on management of activities and competencies, as opposed to managing results. This has had a profound impact on the way we manage and coach within our sales organization. We then invested in a larger 40-hr training program for our entire organization. This resulted in 90 total sessions conducted by Mercuri over a 3-4-month period of time. They spent the time learning our business, products, and customers. They provided exceptional training with consistency across regions and sessions. The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive. Not to mention, as the Project Manager on our side, I thoroughly enjoyed working with the Mercuri team. We have been so happy with Mercuri, that we strongly encouraged their use by another Division within Lonza. They will roll out an even larger program than the one we recently completed.
